Case study · full launch
Where the cliff ends, the house begins.
Twenty-eight frames and an eight-segment flyover became the richest launch in the portfolio — property page, 22-spread brochure, a full social kit and fourteen finished ad units.

The build
The full pipeline on a single property: page, brochure, social kit and paid media, all cut from one set of frames and one grade. Nothing in the launch looks like it came from a different studio.
Three cascading volumes of Roman travertine, glass and weathered teak step down the cliff face, each level opening onto its own terrace above the Pacific.
The story is told from bare land: terraces cut into golden earth, concrete poured against the ocean wind, travertine lifted into place panel by panel. Eighteen months later the scaffolding came down at dusk.
What this build cost
The readiness audit, the copy and every rebuild are included. Credits are spent only when the service has to shoot a frame the session never had — on this property that came to 120 CR · $12.

The assets
Every asset below is the working file of the property, not a preview image — it opens live in the frame, exactly as a buyer receives it.
Assets4 of 4
Every asset opens as the working file — the same one the client receives.
The full story of the estate on one screen-height scroll: construction, architecture, terraces, interiors and a private-viewing request.
An edition set in the language of property magazines: typeset for print, then rebuilt for the screen so it can be sent as a link instead of a 26 MB attachment.
A complete launch kit: vertical video, carousel cards, stills and the copy that goes with them — every format composed to its own frame.
Copy is laid out from the area of the frame: a narrow banner keeps the name and the price, a vertical unit adds the headline and the invitation. The call to action is placed only where it fits whole.
Motion
One continuous flight through a day: the drone spots the villa at midday, drops to the terraces in golden hour, crosses the pool at sunset and pulls back in blue hour. Every cut lands on the movement.

28How it was made
The page, the brochure, the social kit and the paid units come from the same set of frames and the same colour treatment. Time of day moves across the launch on purpose — midday on the page, golden hour in the brochure, blue hour in the ads.
Twenty-eight frames of the estate — construction, exteriors, interiors — go in as a single folder.
The flyover is storyboarded so the ocean stays on one side: the drone flies one arc, never turning back.
Eight five-second segments are generated from finished frames and cut on the movement, each one later in the day than the last.
Page, brochure, social kit and ad units are assembled from the same frames and the same grade.
