Case study · full build
A canyon ridge, four assets, one view.
Twenty-one photos went into the workspace. A landing page, a graded film, a print brochure and a month of social came out — nothing was re-shot, nothing was outsourced.

The build
The only property in the portfolio that went through the service end to end. Everything below came off the same set of frames and the same grade — the film, the brochure and the social pack were never touched by a separate contractor.
The house sits on a canyon ridge in Bel Air: an olive slope on one side, the open canyon and the city haze on the other. Travertine, bronze and white oak — three materials for the entire house.
The upper volume is pushed forward and holds shade on the terrace all day, so the glass walls never need covering. A twenty-five metre lap pool runs the length of the façade, water level with the stone.
What this build cost
The readiness audit, the copy and every rebuild are included. Credits are spent only when the service has to shoot a frame the session never had — on this property that came to 120 CR · $12.

The assets
Every asset below is the working file of the property, not a preview image — it opens live in the frame, exactly as a buyer receives it.
Assets4 of 4
Every asset opens as the working file — the same one the client receives.
Eight sections built around the property: a cinematic opening screen, the story of the ridge, the interiors and a private-viewing form that lands in the agent's inbox.
One day of the house compressed into twenty-seven seconds: six segments cross-faded into a single move and pulled to one grade, plus three vertical cuts for reels.
A press-ready edition in the language of property magazines. Effective dpi is measured page by page before the file is released, so what goes to print actually prints.
Reel covers, feed posts and an eight-card carousel — each frame composed for its own aspect ratio instead of being cropped out of a landscape shot, with copy and a 30-day calendar.
Motion
Six segments cut from the same frames, cross-faded and pulled to a single grade. Three vertical versions are composed before generation, not cropped after it.

21How it was made
Every storyboard frame is generated from the selected hero as its reference — only light, time of day and camera position change. If a room is not in the uploaded photos, it is not in the assets.
Twenty-one photos of the house go into the workspace as they are.
Four hero directions are generated; the one that matches the property is locked as the reference for everything else.
Twenty frames are built from that hero — light, time of day and camera position change, rooms are never invented.
Landing page, film, brochure and social pack are assembled from the same set and the same grade.
