The estate

Roman travertine meets the Pacific horizon

Completed in 2026 and offered fully furnished, down to the bouclé in the screening room.

The house is set on the first line of the Malibu coast, on a headland that falls straight into the surf. Three volumes step down the rock, each one shading the terrace below it, so the glass walls can stay open from morning to dusk.

Roman travertine, full-height glazing and weathered teak — three materials for the whole estate, chosen so that the ocean stays the loudest thing in every room.

The story

Every great house begins as bare land

Eighteen months from the first terrace cut into the cliff to the evening the house lit the headland for the first time.
